UGODOG dog potty comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. Just return the product in its original packaging, thoroughly cleaned, in good re-usable condition, with a copy of the invoice that you received with the product within 30 days, and we will credit your credit card with the amount paid for UGODOG not including shipping and handling charges. We recommend using either FedEx or UPS to return the UGODOG in case the package gets lost or damaged.
Any UGODOG that is received after the 30 day period will be charged a 20% restocking fee as long as the UGODOG is in good re-usable condition. Otherwise we will donate all late returned UGODOGs that are not reusable and not eligible for restocking to local dog shelters and kennels. Please note that no return is eligible for any credit 90 days after the purchase date.
Also, any UGODOG that is returned without being thoroughly cleaned, i.e., returned with dog urine or feces still on the UGODOG, will be charged a 20% fee for cleaning.
